Oli-Co was established in July of 2004 with a singular goal to revolutionize skin care.
Our mission is to be truly innovative with healing and multi-functional products that deliver what we claim and represent a compelling value to today's busy consumer. Our initial two retail products contain Oli-Co's trademarked Pene-Fusion 8™ Technology – the result of more than 15 years of research and development by Ms. Oli Scarlato, founder and Chairman of Oli-Co, LLC, with her team of three industry leading scientists. Ms. Scarlato's vision to create one-step, all inclusive natural, anti-aging, rejevenating skin care products combined with her experience and knowledge in development of cutting edge formulations has resulted in the creation of truly revolutionary products - the first concept in time management for complete advanced skin care.
